His portfolio spans narrative, documentary, and commercial projects, collaborating with renowned brands like Time Magazine, Netflix, Vice, and NBC Universal. Notable works include the comedy feature Ghost Team featuring Jon Heder, Justin Long, and Amy Sedaris. Alongside his filmmaking pursuits, Clem boasts over 20 years of acting experience, appearing in productions such as Boardwalk Empire and Netflix's Master of None. He is also a co-founder of Leroy Street Theater, a thriving Toronto-based theatre company.
